Join a team of visionaries architecting secure, AI-powered decentralized infrastructure — the backbone of tomorrow's digital economy.
We're not just building another blockchain project — we're architecting the foundational infrastructure for a sovereign, AI-secured decentralized world.
Work from anywhere. We are a globally distributed team that believes talent has no borders. Async-friendly workflows with strong team rituals to keep everyone connected.
Competitive salaries augmented with $TRD token grants that vest over time, aligning you directly with the long-term success of the network and its community.
Work on genuinely hard problems — AI-optimized consensus mechanisms, confidential compute enclaves, decentralized GPU orchestration, and post-quantum security.
Early-stage equity-like upside with the stability of a funded project. TRD is triple-audited and backed by institutional partners, giving you a real runway to build.
Generous L&D budgets, conference attendance support, and a culture of internal knowledge-sharing. We invest seriously in helping you grow as an engineer and thinker.
Every line of code contributes to a world where individuals and businesses can access secure, efficient, and truly decentralized infrastructure without gatekeepers.
We're growing fast across engineering, research, product, and operations. Find your place in the decentralized future.
We're seeking an experienced blockchain engineer to work directly on TRD Network's core protocol layer — specifically our AI-Optimized Proof of Stake (A-PoS) consensus mechanism. You'll design, implement, and optimize the code that secures billions of dollars of decentralized assets, ensuring sub-2-second finality and the self-healing security properties that define TRD's competitive edge. This is an extremely high-impact role where your code will be audited by CertiK, Coinsult, and SolidProof.
TRD's decentralized GPU compute marketplace routes AI/ML workloads to idle hardware across a global network of verified providers. You'll build the orchestration layer that schedules, monitors, and secures these workloads — supporting everything from Docker containers and VMs to bare-metal GPU nodes and AMD SEV-SNP confidential compute enclaves. This is core infrastructure engineering at scale, with direct user impact.
You'll own the smart contract layer powering TRD Network's token ecosystem — including the $TRD ERC-20 token, staking contracts, multi-sig wallet infrastructure, token creation tools, multisender utilities, and the upcoming TRD Visa Card settlement layer. Every contract you write will be submitted to external security audits and will directly govern real user funds.
The TRD App at app.trdn.io is the primary interface through which thousands of users interact with the TRD ecosystem — staking $TRD, creating tokens, managing multi-sig wallets, and accessing compute resources. You'll build user-facing features end-to-end, from pixel-perfect React components to the Node.js/Python APIs that power them, ensuring exceptional performance and reliability at scale.
TRD's AI layer is the intelligence behind A-PoS consensus — it monitors validator behavior, detects anomalies in real time, and optimizes block production for maximum efficiency and security. As an AI Research Scientist, you'll design the models that power these capabilities, pushing the frontier of what's possible when machine learning meets Byzantine fault-tolerant consensus.
TRD's roadmap includes advanced privacy features, zero-knowledge proof integrations, and post-quantum cryptographic primitives. You'll lead the research and design of these capabilities, ensuring TRD Network remains cryptographically state-of-the-art as the threat landscape evolves. Your work will directly inform protocol design and be reviewed by the world's leading security auditors.
Security is not a bolt-on feature at TRD — it is the core value proposition. As Lead Security Engineer, you'll own the security posture of TRD's entire stack: from protocol-level threat modeling to infrastructure hardening to coordinating with our external audit partners (CertiK, Coinsult, SolidProof). You'll build the security culture that lets TRD deliver military-grade protection to millions of users.
TRD's decentralized compute marketplace and AI agent platform are two of the most differentiated products in the DePIN space. As Senior Product Manager, you'll own the roadmap for these products — from user research and competitive analysis through spec writing, sprint planning, and go-to-market execution. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI infrastructure and the needs of real customers.
Decentralized infrastructure is notoriously complex — but the best products make complexity invisible. As our UX/UI Designer, you'll craft the interfaces that introduce users to decentralized compute, AI agents, staking, and the TRD ecosystem. Your design decisions will directly impact adoption and retention across tens of thousands of users worldwide.
TRD Network's success depends on a thriving developer ecosystem — builders deploying AI agents, companies offloading GPU workloads, and projects integrating TRD's DePIN infrastructure into their stacks. As Head of DevRel, you'll build the programs, content, and community that make TRD the platform of choice for the next wave of decentralized builders.
TRD's community on Telegram, Discord, X, and YouTube is one of its most valuable assets. You'll own the day-to-day management of these channels — publishing content, engaging with members, identifying community champions, and ensuring every person who interacts with TRD online leaves feeling informed and valued. You are the voice of TRD to the world.
As TRD Network scales globally, navigating the evolving regulatory landscape for blockchain, DeFi, and DePIN infrastructure is mission-critical. As Legal & Compliance Counsel, you'll advise on token structuring, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), exchange listing requirements, institutional partnerships, and the fast-moving regulatory frameworks emerging across the US, EU, and Asia-Pacific regions.
TRD's technical documentation on GitBook is the front door for developers integrating with our platform. You'll own this documentation — improving existing content, creating new tutorials and API references, and ensuring that every developer who reads our docs leaves with exactly what they need to build. Great documentation is a product, and you'll treat it like one.
We respect your time. Our hiring process is thorough but efficient — typically 3–4 weeks from application to offer.
Submit your application via email. Our team reviews every application within 5 business days. If there's a fit, we'll reach out to schedule an intro call.
A relaxed 30-minute video call with a team member to align on role expectations, your background, and TRD's mission. This is as much for you to evaluate us as the reverse.
A take-home assignment or live coding session scoped to 2–3 hours, directly relevant to the work you'd do at TRD. No whiteboarding obscure algorithms — only real problems.
A final call with a senior team member and/or a founder, followed by a competitive offer package including salary, $TRD token grants, and benefits. Fast, fair, transparent.
